Bus ride to Bondi Beach.
The water was soooo cold!!!!!
I’m not usually the type to get into water fast, especially when it’s cold (it’s winter in Sydney), but I finally decided to go ahead and jump in!
This was our last day in Sydney. We had to be back to the hotel by 11am to get to the airport to fly out.
Ray and Clark wanted to surf, but the surfboard rental shops didn’t open until 10. So they made the best of it
and bodysurfed instead. They both said they plan to get back and surf Bondi for real another time.
Again…these are the pictures Bryce and Ray live for.
We got my dad to take photos while we went in and bodysurfed. At one point he started chatting up a surfer, and dropped some hints that we would love to borrow his board for a few minutes, but no luck.
I was so cold that I took a nice jog!!
Ray was mocking me!
What a blast! We had a great time!
The shower water was cold, but I think it was still better than the ocean!
This was just a pose…(I would have to be feeling really confident to even think about dropping in on this bowl)
Leroy…the guy right next to Ray let me borrow his board. I almost died on it because the trucks were so loose but I had a blast anyway.
HAHAHA. I love this. I’m so happy I got a photo. Clark accidentally put conditioner all over his arms and face. haha. The tube for lotion looks just like this one, but it says lotion. Technically he’s putting on the lotion in this photo after he had already rubbed on conditioner.
